A technical meeting was held to evaluate the proposal for a 300 MW power project in Jawzjan Province.

The meeting was led by the Acting Minister of Energy and Water, H.E Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, with the participation of the Director General of the Office of Chief of Staff and caretaker of the Deputy Ministry of Energy, Qari Muhammad Abdulaziz Aziz, the Head of Energy Programs, Engineer Farhad Mahmoodi, and the technical team of that department.

During the meeting, the proposal for a 300 megawatt electricity generation project from gas sources in Shabarghan, which was shared by the Chinese Yellow River Company with the Ministry of Energy and Water for implementation, was presented by the technical team of the Energy Programs Department During a Presentation.

After evaluating the mentioned proposal, the Acting Minister of Energy and Water gave the necessary instructions and emphasized on speeding up the work.
