Minister of Water and Energy Visits International Energy Exhibition at the 17th Energy Forum in Saudi Arabia

The Minister of Water and Energy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, H.E. Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, accompanied by his delegation, visited the International Energy Exhibition held on the sidelines of the 17th International Energy Forum in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.

During his visit to the exhibition, the Minister closely observed modern technologies, advanced equipment, and international technical innovations in the fields of energy generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy.

During the visit, the Minister emphasized the importance of gaining international experience, familiarizing Afghan energy sector professionals with modern technologies, and identifying new opportunities for the development and expansion of Afghanistan’s energy sector.
