A coordination meeting was held with the officials of Gulbahar Invest Company in order to speed up investment matters
 The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water H.E Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor in his office with Mr. Haji Gulbahar Habibi, the Chairman of Gulbahar Investment Company, while a number of directors and technical officials were also present, They discussed and exchanged ideas about the acceleration of investment in the sector of electricity production from coal sources. 
 In this meeting, the Ministry of Energy and Water and the technical officials of the mentioned company shared the progress report of their studies and the results of the research with the leadership of the Ministry of Energy and Water.
 Acting Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Water, after hearing the reports of the technical officials, made the necessary recommendations to speed up the affairs and emphasized that for more coordination, a joint meeting will be held as soon as possible between the Ministry of Energy and Water, the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum and the mentioned company.
