A project worth about 400,000 US dollars has started in Ghazni province

The work of this project worth about 400 thousand US dollars was opened with the participation of the Governor of Ghazni, Maulawi Muhammad Amin Jan Omari, the head of still water of Ghazni sub river basin, Maulawi Asadullah Mansoori and some other local officials of the province.
In this project, capital’s related bazar canal’s whir, qarabhi canal and whir, a retaining wall to prevent flood damage in Nani Bazar area in Andar district and It includes the construction of retaining walls in waghiz district’s related Sarbaan and Bagh kadi villages.
In the opening meeting of this project, the governor of Ghazni emphasized on the quality and speed of the project.
The work of this project, which is being carried out with the financial support of the UN-FAO organization under the supervision of the still water of the Ghazni sub river basin, has provided employment to many people.
With the completion of this project, thousands of acres of agricultural land will be irrigated and flood damage will be avoided.
