د ننګرهار ولایت په خوګیانو ولسوالي کې د پیره خیل مشري کانال د بیارغونې چارې د ۸۲۵۳۱۳۶ افغانیو په ارزښت د( UNDP) پراختیایي پروګرام په مالي ملاتړ  د ننګرهار سیندیزې حوزې په همغږي سره د اسلامیک ریلیف موسسې په تخنیکي همکاري سره پیل شوې.

د یاد کانال د چارو د پرانیستلو په مراسمو کې د سیندیزې حوزې استازي ښاغلي انجنیر شریف الله شیرزاد او یو شمېر نورو سیمه ییزو مسؤلینو هم ګډون درلود او د بیارغونې چارې به یې د درې میاشتو په موده کې بشپړې شي.

د دې کانال په بیارغیدو سره به د اوبو د ضایعاتو څخه مخنیوی وشي او په کرنیزو محصولاتو کې به هم د پام وړ بدلون راشي.
