On this basis, I call the development of energy production and the management of water resources in the country my religious and national responsibility, With the help of Allah ﷻ, With full sincerity, I am committed to fulfill my religious and national duty by using the humane and natural resources of this country to end poverty, to develop the country and to strengthen the national economy.
