The technical delegation of the Ministry of Energy and Water met with the governor of Daikundi

 The joint delegation of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Afghanistan’s National Power Utility (DABS) and National Procurement, which visited Daikundi Province to investigate the problems of Sokhtok Dam, met with the governor of this province, Mr. Haji Obaid.

 In this visit, the governor of this province shared with the technical delegation the problem of water and electricity shortage in the Neeli City and the development of the Sokhtok power dam.

 At the same time, the head of the technical delegation, Mr. Abdul Ghafoor Omari, said in this visit that he had traveled to Daikundi Province to investigate the problems of Sokhtok Dam and mentioned that the problem of water and electricity shortage in this province will be shared with the leadership of The Ministry of Energy and Water.
