Notification for Intention to contract award.( Construction of Water User Association Office Buildings)

The Ministry of energy and water of Afghanistan (MEW) is supposed to award the contract: Construction of Water User Association Office Buildings, under the contract No, MEW/P-ARBP/NCB/Contract 2 with M/s Newi Sadat Construction Company, having licenses in order No. D-3127, located in order, Ahmad Shah Baba Mena, 9^th Block, 25^th Street, near to Hamza Durani School, Kabul-Afghanistan; in the amount of 17,919,550.00 Afghani (Seventeen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousands Five Hundred Fifty Afghani) inclusive of 10% Contingency amounting to 1,629,050.00 Afghani.

Bidders who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the Ministry of Energy and Water from the date of announcement.

This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
