Development of 40MW Solar Photovoltaic IPP Project

in Herat Province, Afghanistan (the “Project”)

The Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan acting through the Ministry of Energy and Water and with the support of Ministry of Finance issued a Request for Prequalification on 19-Oct-2019 (Ref. #: MEW/PPP/BOT/OT1398/017) for the Project.  

Prospective bidders are hereby informed that:

1. the Clarification request deadline has been extended from December 16, 2019 to Jan 01, 2020; and
2. the Prequalification Application Submission Deadline has been extended from December 23, 2019 to Jan 15, 2020
