Notification for intention to contract award
The National Water Affairs Regulation Authority (NWARA) is supposed to award the contract, Rehabilitation and Construction of Subprojects (Sar-e-Shar, Nar-e-Chaman, Abdullah, Naqi & Farhad) in Kunduz, Takhar and Badakhshan, under the contract No, NPA/MEW/98/W-2754/NCB, with New United Construction Company and Newi Sadat Construction Company Joint Venture, ( License No: NUCC D-3153 JV NSCC D-3127) Address: Ahmad Shah Baba mena, 9th Block, 25th Street, Near to Hamza Durani School, Kabul. In the amount of US$ 3,405,610 (Three Million Four Hundred Five Thousand Six Hundred Ten US Dollars) Inclusive of contingency and provisional sum. Bidders who appeal reconsideration or have any objection, they can submit their application within 7 days to the National Water Affairs Regulation Authority from the date of announcement.
This notification does not constitute award of contract. The contract shall not be awarded until the notice provided elapsed and complaints, if any received, is addressed in compliance with appeal and review manual.
